Scheduling an Appointment

• Please call 503-349-2281 (ext 0) to schedule an initial appointment with Jeremy.

Appointment Hours

• Sessions are available by appointment only Monday through Friday

Session Length and Rates

• Individual Counseling sessions are 55 minutes, for $140.
• Consulting/Coaching sessions are 55 minutes, for $140
• Couples Counseling sessions are 55 minutes, for $160

• Check, cash, or credit card (visa/masterard) are all welcome
• If an appointment is missed without 24 hours of notice, the full price of the session will be expected (unless there is a sickness or emergency).

Insurance Billing

I am in-network with PacificSource.

For all other insurance companies, I am out of network. However, I offer complimentary billing for your insurance as an out-of-network provider.
